Nope. A 71 340 air cleaner will have no snorkles. It's the same size as the orange one pictured above, but has 2 open holes instead of snokles. This pic is kinda sorry, but it was the only one I could find fairly quick.

It's a 72 Car built in August of 71. The orange air cleaner is correct.
