Im skeptical on that one... the car could have hooked a little better, the air could have changed , etc...

my car did almost a Tenth swing last saturday without touching it.... DA / humidity / 60' , etc....
i doubt a mech water pump not running will gain a tenth .

On the DYNO it might look good though .......
