From the looks of this picture it looks like you put your boxs all the in so that they are flat with the out side of the frame. You didn't center the weld in boxs. That being said, you may have to buy those offset shackles for the rear. As for the front bracket of the cal-tracs that doesn't look like the ones that I got for the A-body with in board springs. I bought the car done and dr diff is sending me some offset hangers.... and yes this is the first time I am seeing caltracs with the aluminum pin like that myself... they do go up in there though!
