That is a great starting point. I am currently running 12.3 on the gasoline scale (0.83 Lambda).

After that, tune with the timeslip to see what your engine/combo likes the best. E85 is very forgiving and I have run 0.79-0.90 Lambda (naturally aspirated) with no problems.
