you can have any size piston you want, it is not uncommon to see .003, .005, and .010 over size pistons made in a custom piston. I know racers that have them made in those size increments all the time, I just order a set of 426 hemi pistons for a 4.323 bore size They are more expensive than the standard shelf pistons in the standard oversize bores like, 030, 040, .055, .060 and so on
