I think all b-body is a 44" perch to perch.
Found this in the tech archives
Flamge to flange width for b-body
'65-'67= 54 1/4"
'68-'70= 54 15/16"
The earlier rears are about 3/4" shorter.

71-74 B-BODY IS NOT THE SAME IS 47 perch to perch. AND 70-74 EBODY IS 46 perch to perch.
