Ask your machinist how much to turn down the counterweights to 7.25" in addition to doing the mains, use RB rods to keep your rod/stroke ratio up, biggest expense would be the pistons & get the CORRECT quench distance & the final balancing. live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
