Bill: They are. Both screw and clip are zinc plated. Just had mine redone. I find it interesting that Chrysler would use two different methods to accomplish the same task. The screw / clip method makes for a cleaner install. No sags.
Rear bumper and screw: I got the same screw length as Barry.
