Hey gang,
I get asked about this a lot, so I have created a new section on the HH site to show the Federal and State VIN laws. The Federal laws are listed, but so far the only states that I have listed are from NY and CA. The WI and VT laws will be added soon as well.
I will add others as I can find them, if you have a link to your state (or country) VIN laws please post it here or email or PM me with the info.
