I just watched an episode of "HorsePower" on Spike TV and they did a whole story on E-85. They discussed the differences need for your carb and other fuel related changes. They did show it make quite a bit more horsepower and torque with the E-85 on the same motor. They also showed it used about 20-25% more fuel to make the power, but they stated where they were, the E-85 was half the cost of regular gas. So I guess to them it was a savings in fuel cost and an increase in power and torque.
