First question, is it a diesel blower or one set up for a car?

Is the blower stripped if it is set up for gas engines? If so, what are their condition?

You want to check the clearances between the leading and trailing edges. If I remember right it should be about .006, however, I recomend you double check that number.

Look for scoring on the end plates too.

Your stock stuff can take the blower IF you keep the boost low. That is done through a low starting compression approx 8-1 and keeping the blower speed low (under driven).

Are you looking at this for the WOW factor or for performance factor? If for the wow factor, great. If for performance, I believe you'd be cheaper just building the engine for the given performance you're looking for.
