Ive never been one to criticize what one does with there own money. But it does seem all logic and common sense does go out the window for some and unfortunately for some it does not end well. Im a good example of the first part.

I used to have a finical advisor and he was smart but I got tired of his remarks of some of my car related purchases were counterintuitive and I told him I have him to help make up for the money I blow. I finally got tired of him and we parted ways and things have been ok since. I set aside X amount I know I can spend and expect nothing in return. No issues and although im not a check writer on 95% of things the parts I purchase simply helps companies and the whole economic system.
