My '68-'70 B-bodies are & have been all about the same, but here's a couple of a 17,000-mile original-paint car.
Basically, a flattish black nearly always below the upper yoke, that covers the rad support sides and the inner portions of the forward fender aprons.
Black cars didn't need it and there's some debate/variations on the darkest blues & greens, but my original F8 '69 RR had the blackout (St. Louis car).
Variations could be due to a crabby line worker, I suppose...
Lower tie bar also got the blackout - apparently sprayed at an approx 45-degree angle from under the car.
Krylon's Satin Black is a good match if you opt for rattle-can.
