In the photo on the link it looks like the prop valve is plumbed into the line loc. so are you using the prop valve on the front brakes or the line loc on the rear ??
Rear port MC to prop valve IN. Prop OUT to line-loc IN. Line-loc OUTLETS to front brakes.
