if you are talking about the upper shackle hanger that bolts on with two staggered 5/16" [?] bolts, those are pretty easy to fabricate using heavier material than the factory items.
it's been a while since i made some, [many years, actually] but it wasn't a complicated endevour by any stretch of the imagination.
just heavy wall box tube trimmed to shape using the original piece to make a cardboard template, and a heavy wall piece of tube that will fit the bushings.
drill the two mounting holes after shaping the box tube, drill the bushing tube holes, weld in the bushing tube, done.
one hour each if you are old and "half fast" like i am......... biggrin
used to do this quite frequently, as my brother was always buying "darts" [our family's common name for all A bodies] that had crusty upper shackle mounts. [along with crusty rear rails, trunk floors above the mounts, etc. but those stories are for another time. laugh2]
