These scoops don't have holes for engine call out but later I would like to put hemi emblems on them
They are going on a ramcharger hood that will be getting a 5.7 swap
No they don't attach to the front studs , they go in the front and held on with 3 screws , one in each upper corner.
If there are no holes they might be off an A body , 340 cars had them in 71 , maybe 70 , and I don't think they had engine call outs
