A friend has 295-65/15 M/T on his 69 Sport Satellite. Pretty much the same diameter as the 315-60. They were too close to the front of the opening so I made aluminum spacers for the front spring mounts. I think they were 3/8" thick shruggy but they could have been 1/2" thick. When I was in jegs, the 295 & 315 were side by side, the 295 was taller. Both are 30 inches tall but the 295 was closer to 31
