i haven't had a smoke since the 1985/86ish time period, although i must keep up the "family tradition" of beer drinkers with an occasional one or three........

My issue is if I have ONE of either, it will eventually lead to another, then two, then three until I wind up back where I was. I've learned that the only way I can control both is not to have either
I learned this after quitting both several times. 4+ weeks in an induced coma followed by 4 + weeks of rehab was the perfect time to walk away from both.
