To my knowledge, the only part on coil over conversions for Mopars that is M2 is the spindle. How does that make the whole suspension M2?

iagree

The spindle is an important part of the suspension to design to. But I don't see one component is enough to give naming rights to the whole suspension.

And I doubt the spindle is off the Ford parts shelf. Does it even share the same wheel bearings at a M2?

They offer M2 spindle with 7 deg kingpin inclination vs 10 deg stock. Also the aftermarket one have at least the upper ball joint hole larger to accept the mopar K727 upper ball joints.

It's a simliar discussion as to what is a "Hemi" in Top Fuel, and not worth my time.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
