I'd guess it might run low 12s ?
I'd run the stock hood & downplay the wheels, relocate the fuel lines, and cut back on the aircraft vibe...

Gauges? ~ 15 years ago there was an ex Air force pilot with 70 or so Buick GS. The entire flipping dashboard was gauges. I didn't think they made that many different automotive gauges and maybe they didn't as one got dizzy trying to figure out what all of them were for
