I know that in 1972-4, the springs were molded inside of the foam seat buns on the E-bodies - I think the bucket seats only & not the back seat (please correct me if I'm wrong). So, are the buns removable from the frame of the seat, or was the foam bun integrated with the bottom & rear part of the seat assembly?

On my '72 Cuda, the original owner was a heavy smoker & the car has 198,000 miles, & the car was from Arizona, so the foam is completely shot - both buckets. Can these seats be "rebuilt", or do I need another pair of buckets?
