Hi, just one connector on each side.... I know what you mean, could be one plastic connector with (2) spades inside but this is not the case. What you see is exactly what's there,one black wire to the connector, then out the other side of the connector where the single wire is now a very dark green right up to the motor and the black wire coming out of the motor grounds itself to the motor housing.
