Another thing that could affect the price is the gear ratios...there were two in '64, one has a 3.09 first gear and the other is 2.66. The wide gear spread of the 3.09 is usually less desirable.
Wasn't the 3.09 used in the A body versions?
Maybe the B-body with a 273 also...not sure.
not trying to beat a dead horse but I've never seen a earl b body with anything other than a 6, 318 poly, 361,383 or 413. Don't know if they made a 6 with a 4spd but that might make sense, be a pretty rare one i would think
