sounds good on paper if the pistons are thick enough to take the flycut. A 1.13" compression height piston is not a lot of meat since 1/2 the pin diameter is above that. I would try to get a hold of a piston and examine it thoroughly before pulling the trigger.

my last 440" stroker 360 I wound up using a much lighter SBC Oval Track piston because the CH worked out perfectly, Hollis just cut me a new eyebrow for the W2 2.08" intakes. I think the bobweight worked out to 1800 grams or just over that.
