Generally for each hundred pounds of weight remove the car should pick up .10 ET (one tenth) and 1 mph. A good lightweight front bumper and hood will get you near 100 lbs. Take yours off and weigh them and then shop around, I'm not sure what year your car is so the availability of those parts might be limited base on which year car yours is scope up
BTW, a good converter can make a huge difference, I'm seen .6 ET gain from a stock street hemi converter to a good 8 inch race converter that work well on the street also boogie up
