I remember the days when back in the 1980's on our drive to the Mopar Nationals you would see Wing Cars and 6 Pack and Hemi cars driving down the interstate on the 7 hour drive to get to the Mopar Nats.
You'd literally see caravans of the ultimate musclecars running down the highway.

Now, if they even go at all they're in an enclosed trailer.

Odds are that the people bashing the late model stuff haven't really driven one.

There's a reason that you see so much of the late model stuff at the big events these days.
You can comfortably drive a fast car and have fun at the event and not feel serious road rash when you get back home.
