My totally stock 68 4 sp 3.54 geared RR gets around 11-12...doing typical to and from cruise duty in a suburban area. I drive pretty gently though..at least most of the time. Incidentally, it gets better mileage than my 4 speed 3.91 geared AAR doing the same thing.
