The second and third picture are both "bobtails" used primarily for hauling ground support equipment, munitions, or moving light aircraft.

The first one is an Eagle MB4, designed for moving large aircraft, and universally hated by anyone who had to operate or maintain them. It's been 35 years, and I can still give you a laundry list of factory defects on these pieces of...junk.

The Jeep bobtail with the Nissan diesel had some issues, but NOTHING like that Eagle.
