gtx6970 Too Many Posts Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 21,471 It's a dry heat	Purpose of mass backing is ?? I just did the Fatmat / Dynomat type stuff on mine this past weekend. Makes a noticeable difference for both noise and heat inside the car
