Many racers run many different brands of shocks. Some cars run very well with the lower cost generic stuff. Some have the best available and aren't any better. Most racers don't seem to have a great working knowledge of shock and suspension adjustment. I know we've worked very hard on it. I still feel that we could learn more. Bottom line? If the valveing is in the useable range and you know where to set it? You're going to do pretty well. Currently we run Afco and Menscer on our two cars. Both require different tune-ups, One bias with ladder bars. One radial with Cal Trac.
