gtx6970 Too Many Posts Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 21,442 It's a dry heat	Vacuum ck valve. Keeps the heater ac doors in place on hard acceleration. Was a tsb part back in the 80s and 90s. Don't believe it's factory in the muscle car years. My former 1970 challenger didn't have it
