i'm not a fan of electric vehicles, except in very limited circumstances.
plus the fact lithium mining is FAR from "green", yet no one mentions that, or seems to care.

I am naturally skeptical of any study with so many variables but

I have seen several studies that say that end to end, all things considered that EVs pollute about 50% of what petroleum fueled cars do during their lifetime. This includes all aspects of manufacturing.

I have also seen that while they gather no publicity that petroleum fuel cars catch fire more often per 100,000 miles driven than EVs.

I have made no attempt to fact check either and really don't know how I would given the cesspool known as the Internet.

I'd call BS on that I would also ask what about the disposal of the toxic waste from this plane saving BS. Myself I find it somwhat strange that this whole EV thing sprung up like a watered and fertilized weed. ( BTW BS is a good fertilizer LOL) I kind of wonder if Musk isn't pushing the buttons ?

I would also question that data as how many EV's have traveled 100K miles?
