Not quite ready to bolt it in the Bee yet, still doing body and paint, but I should have the majority don't this winter. so the 434 is on my run stand, and I am getting ready to order up a converter. The 434 is a pretty basic combo, 440 source heads completely re worked cause they came in the box pretty junky spring, and retainer wise. The short block has diamond flat tops and compression is pretty dead nuts at 10:1. using a old eddy DP dual plane intake, and a Hughes cam, if I remember correctly its in the 230@.050 range, and 530 ish lift.

Car has a 3.54 geared dana in it, and i'm curious whos converter you guys run with the beat luck. NOT A RACE/DRAG CAR!!! This is a daily car I'm building so I don't want a stupid high stall, but I want it to be fun! every other car I have is a stick, so I'm at a loss for ordering a converter. Do I order the converter off of the cam card? Curious on what you guys do in this department.
