Yes, I ran a flywheel in my Diplomat that was only listed for Dakotas. Same 130 tooth flywheel as the cars used. Lots of application issues these days, not just RA though, it usually the manufacturer. I did try to look it up at the LUK site, no help there.
As for a cast flywheel, isn't that what Chrysler put them? Some people think everything is a race car out there.
