The hood skin is separating from the inner bracing and I would like to bond it back. There is a bunch of little spacers that go between the skin and bracing.
They look like felt that has hardened and deteriorated over the years. Someone told me ford uses a similar method on their door skins.
My hood starts bowing up around 100mph.
