1976 Dodge Aspen

My dad decided to pry on something while my steering wheel was off and shattered the white plastic internals of the steering column (now my turn signals and horn don't work). What is this part called? Where can I get one? How much is it going to cost me?

The autowreckers around here don't have any cars before 1985 now.
