Well the shipping company R&L Carriers handed it off to MTS freight in denver then it disappeared. Neither shipping company will allow me to file a claim though they both claim it is standard procedure and easy to do but the company who shipped it will have to file, the shipper is M-97 auto parts in Lansing Michigan and for some reason they keep blowing me off and will not file the claim! They are probably blowing you off because they didn't pay for declared value Cargo insurance. Liability limits under a standard bill of lading is $2.00/lb shipping weight unless declared otherwise. If you paid more than that for it, they might want to wiggle out of a refund of the difference.

If filing a credit card claim is out, there is always wire fraud if the deal was done over the internet or paid for with a bank or postal money order.
