Been there, probably 3-4 years ago. The toy museum has a lot of toys covering a lot of years, a lot of toy cars and a lot of doll stuff. There are several duplicates of the same toys, but the toy museum was worth spending some time going through, there are several buildings.
Didn't get out into the yard because it was raining that day, there was a lot of older stuff with newer stuff mixed in, from what I could see from the edge. It was a functioning yard, so the inventory changed. The old guy was a bit grumpy until you got him talking about the toys, then he was pretty cool. The house was fixed up a bit back then as well and his wife sold food goodies and ladies kitchen type of stuff. She was a sweet old grandma.

Wouldn't surprise me if the old guy died and the family wants to liquidate the stuff, you got the vibe they were still hanging in there just for the old man, even back then.
