Not my greatest outing but not my worst either. Car ran real well on the only pass I made Fri night then sat it seemed to have lost a tenth. From the interval time it's in the first couple hundred feet that it's slowed a hair. Could be me, not real sure yet.

I probably would have stood a better chance in the first round had I been watching my shift light instead of looking for the other guy. Oh well. At least I lost to a mopar

Through me off my game a little when I went to do my burnout and my line lock wasn't holding. I haven't foot braked a burnout in years. dad thought something was wrong when he heard the revs come up and the tires didn't spin imediatly.

I finally got Taylors clutch working well enough to make some decent runs Sat morning. Unfortunatly she went out with a .037 RED light in the first round. She did a great job all weekend both driving and putting up with my crap. I gotta ease up on the poor kid. I'm way to high strung sometimes.

Dad and the 72 are really coming around though. The new VB has made all the difference in the world. Gotta get more vac going to the brake booster though. Neither of us are happy with it. Luckily Norwalk has a long shut down.

What are the odds that I wont' have to replace te line lock?

With my luck, not good

Not sure how far Pat went but I do know he was still in it tearing it up when we rolled out.

Hope he went far.
