My current 367 ... 40 over 360 Magnum block, W2 heads, 10-1 compression, Bullet cam, 249/256 , 584/595 , Victor W2 intake, 750 HP carb... has gone best of 11.09 so far only been out a few times motor going on a dyno soon for additional tuning. I have had these heads on a few different combos .. 340s and 360s ... best they ran on a 340 was 10.70s with 12 to 1 compression made 527 hp with a roller cam... with the 360 and a 590 lift mech. cam at 549 hp / 450 tq. it went 10.40 a best in my 3,150 lb Dart. I took that combo and lowered the compression for pump gas with a proper tune I am sure it will run 10.90s I run on a throttle stop to run 11.50s for index and Sportsman class racing but still want a strong combo capable of low 11s. I also have a 408... R3 block with Indy 360-1 heads that has been troublesome especially with the Indy rockers my original plan was to use W2 heads I wish I would have!
