Nice truck I had the same rims on the W-150 reg. cab long bed I bought new in 1989...but they were silver from the factory, someone painted yours black sometime in the past.
My truck also had the 318 TBI setup...never seemed to have enough power, which is why I ended up selling it a couple years later. Good luck with yours!
