Does you motor have a stroker crank? I wonder if these off the shelf composite windage trays will clear a 3.91" crank.
I need to think about whether to just try to seal the bolts or pull the pan and start over.

They offer two sizes of them if I remember correctly - one for 3.75", and I think the other for 4.25". Mine is a stock stroke 440 so I used the 3.75" one. At 3.91" I'm sure you could use the 4.25" stroke version but it likely won't give you as much of a benefit as one specifically made for the 3.91" stroke.
