I have been reading a lot of of different things on line about this year truck.
Being a Chrysler fan, I purchased this low mileage 2006 Dakota (76,000 on Odometer) in December.
Great running little truck.
With out going into a lot of detail based on this year truck having computer issues. I inherited this problem. I brought the truck to a great mechanic who helps me with my company vehicles and extraordinary repairs.
He has had the the truck for a month and has called me once telling me he had to track down a computer. I told him to proceed based on knowledge I have read.
He is dedicated and will try to solve this.

I am coming to Moparts to help me with this Dakota Dilemma. Can someone please tell me what the problem is with this truck regarding engine light, like limp mode, correcting itself, then coming back.
I can then let the mechanic know which way to go.
