Went to look at a 2005 Chrysler 300 with a 5.7 & RWD a few days ago. While looking under the hood I saw a rubber glove over the transmission dipstick tube. The car runs great but I couldn't check the trans fluid. My 2004 Dodge Ram with the same engine has a dipstick but I'm being told that this 300 should only have a cap.

Is that correct, or is the dipstick missing?

I'm aware that some cars don't have dipsticks or even the tube to check the fluid but I wanted to be sure about this car, thanks.
