Ladies and Gentlemen, been a long time. Hope everyone is doing well! I have always got good results from this forum and hoping to keep that streak alive!

I am in the process of researching converting the 46RE trans to an 8 hp in a Dakota with the 5.9 motor. I think I have everything solved EXCEPT for how to deal with the factory crankshaft position sensor and how to modify it to work with the 8 speed.

Has anyone used a crank trigger on the harmonic balancer into the factory ECU or know a way to use the stock crankshaft position sensor with a 8 hp setup?
