I’m using mid 70’s 360 block. I will be getting steel crank, H beam rods, forged pistons and aiming for 11:1 compression - using 727 trans

Am I correct in assuming the “balance” now is relative to the new parts and not the block? I haven’t decided where I’m getting the kit but what I need to know is what balancer and flex plate I need to look for. Also, I will be using a crank trigger.
