Face book is made up of what YOU want to see. Your feed is the pages YOU subscribe to and friends YOU accept.
It's very simple. If you don't like what you are seeing on Facebook then it's up to you to change what YOU are seeing!
I only signed up in 2016 because that was the way to get up to the minute updates for our local dragstrip. I've been pleasantly suprised that it unlocked a crazy amount of events in other places and things I would have never been exposed to.
I'm thinking of signing up just for that kinda stuff. The people I haven't talked to in thirty years, well there is generally a reason for that.
