most quality hole saws use a separate mandrel with a removable 1/4" drill bit that is held in with a set screw.
some single name brand hole saws without the mandrel have removable bits as well, but not all do.
if you buy one for this, keep in mind about the removable bit, but also make sure the saw you buy is deep enough for the length of the lug stud.
