I never liked shows where they take used motors and trans and just do a spray paint rebuild and maybe bolt new parts on and resell it as if it is new.
A lot of shows seem to do that...or at least it looks that way by how the show is edited. One episode of Iron Resurrection(which I really like) they were complaining about a Ford 9" rear they bought and how rusty it looked. I thought they were just looking for a rebuildable core...not something that they could run as-is. They are always buying LS engines from low mile wrecks. Are they just cleaning them up and running them as-is or are they going through them to make sure they are good to go?
