Doubt it from what I have heard talking to a guy who tried to buy a Charger. Not ever dealer is the same + the economy is not great for a lot of people so you never know. the carpet, etc.
My dealer tells me sales are down and profits up. Says they're not dealing like they used to. They'll come off sticker a little, got the impression 5% max. Anyway, he says he making more money on less sales and pretty happy. He's been there a decade I know of. They still call and say they want to buy our vehicles.
